These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, the SHE-WOLF web app, and any related content, tools, emails, community spaces, downloads, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended to collect personal information from children.

3.2 No Professional Advice

SHE-WOLF may provide AI-generated outputs, pattern insights, suggestions, frameworks, or “intel.” These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You agree you will not rely on the Services as professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other decisions.

3.3 Assumption of Risk; Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree:

You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, or act on any information from the Services.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services, including decisions involving relationships, finances, business actions, conflict, travel, purchases, health, or safety.

You will use good judgment and take appropriate precautions.

3.4 Release of Claims (IMPORTANT)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Company and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and representatives (including Malcolm Kingley) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

your use or misuse of the Services,

your reliance on any outputs, content, or communications,

actions you take or fail to take based on the Services,

interactions with other users or third parties.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

The Company’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

3.6 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

your use of the Services,

your violation of these Terms,

your violation of any law or third-party right,

any content you submit or actions you take based on the Services.

3.7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Services for unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive, or abusive purposes;

attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Services;

upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;

misrepresent identity, affiliation, or intent;

use outputs to target, stalk, extort, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3.8 AI Outputs; No Accuracy Warranty

SHE-WOLF may use automated and AI systems. You acknowledge:

outputs may be wrong or outdated,

the Services may generate errors,

you must verify independently before acting.

3.9 User Content (If You Submit Anything)

If you submit text, images, audio, prompts, messages, or other content (“User Content”):

you represent you have rights to submit it,

you grant the Company a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Services (and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy),

you remain responsible for your User Content.

3.10 Intellectual Property

The Services, including branding, design, text, software, and outputs formatting, are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use only.

3.11 Purchases, Subscriptions, Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)

If you purchase anything, additional terms may apply at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable. (Customize this section if you offer refunds or trials.)

3.12 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third parties (hosting, analytics, email, payment processors, AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and they may have their own terms and policies.

3.13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

3.14 Governing Law; Venue (Wisconsin)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

3.15 Changes to These Terms
